Finishing Package A

This package includes:

CLEANING: A chemical treatment/cleaning with a powerwash (entire deck, no underside of the floor). We use 2 types of chemicals: the first dissolves all harmful elements on your deck (mold, mildew, algae, etc.), and the second part is eco-bleach, which preserves your deck for the next 30 days in case of rainy weather or any delays;

CARPENTRY: Double-checking popped-up boards and nails, securing the boards with screws, light sanding, carpentry (up to 2 regular size boards FOR FREE, any additional 16ft board is $70);

COATING: Up to 3 coats of stain*(sprayer application way/brush entire deck (( floor, railings, posts), no underside of the floor). * Depends on the brand we use.

PROTECTION: A detailing covering of your property. We install plastic on your house siding and put tarps under and around the deck to protect the grass, patio, concrete, etc
