The estimator was very knowledgable, and took his time to go over what kind of deck, dimensions, materials that I wanted. He sent me a very detailed quote with pictures. I requested a certificate of insurance and after a few days I did get the certificate with the coverages I needed to see. The price was good, and even though they had to do some extra leveling it came out very nice.
