This package includes:

CLEANING: A chemical treatment/cleaning with a powerwash. (entire deck, no underneath of the floor). We use 2 types of chemicals: the first dissolves all bad elements on your deck (mold, mildew, algae, etc.), and the second part is eco-bleach which preserves your deck for the next 45 days in case of rainy weather or any delays;

CARPENTRY: Double-checking popped-up boards and nails, securing the boards with screws, light sanding, carpentry (up to 2 regular size boards FOR FREE, any additional 16ft board is $70);

COATING FLOOR: Between 1 or 2 coats of primer* 1, which fills all the cracks up. After that, 2 layers of heavy-duty paint. (1)*Amount of primer and paint coats are different for 1 and 3- year warranty projects!

RAILINGS: Up to 3 coats of stain(sprayer application way/brush entire deck (( floor, railings, posts), no underside of the floor).

PROTECTION: A detailing covering of your property. We install a plastic cover on your house siding and put tarps under and around the deck to protect the grass, patio, concrete, etc.
