What’s Included in Finishing Package Premium
CLEANING
A chemical treatment/cleaning with a powerwash (entire deck, no underneath of the floor). We use 2 types of chemicals: the first dissolves mold, mildew, algae, and other harmful buildup; the second is an eco-bleach that helps preserve the deck for up to 45 days in case of rainy weather or project delays.
CARPENTRY
Double-checking popped-up boards and nails, securing boards with screws, light sanding, and carpentry. Includes work for up to 2 regular-size boards FOR FREE; any additional 16ft board is $70.
COATING FLOOR
Between 1–2 coats of primer (to fill cracks), followed by 2 layers of heavy-duty paint. The amount of primer and paint coats varies depending on whether the project is under a 1-year or 3-year warranty.
RAILINGS
Up to 3 coats of stain applied by sprayer and/or brush across the floor, railings, and posts, creating a uniform finish (no underside of the floor).
PROTECTION
Detailed protection of your property: plastic cover on house siding and tarps under and around the deck to protect grass, patio, concrete, and nearby surfaces during the project.
