Package A is built for a natural wood look with clean prep, minor carpentry fixes, and a consistent stain finish. It’s ideal when you want the deck to look refreshed—without losing the wood character.

What’s Included in Finishing Package A
CLEANING
Chemical treatment + power wash of the entire deck (topside only; no underside). Two-step system: first dissolves mold/mildew/algae and other harmful buildup; second is an eco-bleach that helps preserve the surface for the next ~30 days in case of rain or scheduling delays.
CARPENTRY
We double-check popped boards and nails, secure boards with screws, and do light sanding. Includes carpentry for up to 2 regular-size boards at no charge. Additional 16ft boards are $70 each.
COATING
Up to 3 coats of stain (brand-dependent). Applied via sprayer and/or brush across floors, railings, and posts (no underside).
PROTECTION
Full property detailing coverage: plastic protection on house siding and tarps under/around the deck to protect grass, patio, concrete, and surrounding areas.
