The surface arrives in Trex Enhance Toasted Sand, a soft tan that settles naturally beside brick and light siding. The capped composite holds its tone through sun and showers, shrugging off staining, fading, and moisture so upkeep stays simple—usually a soap-and-water rinse.

A discreet divider board sets a clear datum and keeps long runs visually straight, while grooved planks with concealed clips leave the walking plane smooth from threshold to edge. Gaps are tuned for drainage and thermal movement, and the framing below breathes freely so the deck dries quickly after rain.

Along the perimeter, white PVC fascia protects corners and stair faces and wipes clean after heavy use. Above, white T-railings with slim black aluminum balusters keep sightlines open and the profile light, adding a crisp edge that complements the Toasted Sand field.
